Well here is how our day went and Greg and I have decided we need to find a babysitter. (that's right only family/JJ have watched Rory since she was born) Here was our timeline yesterday.
5:30am- Rylee and Mommy Leave our house to go to Lauren's house (30 minutes away)
6am-Daddy and Rory leave our house and Daddy drop's Rory off at Lauren's house
7:45am-Mommy, Rory, Rylee, and Lauren drive to Argyle to drop Lauren off at School and then drive home
9:30am- Daddy leaves work drives home to get Rylee and then drives back to work with Rylee
9:30am- Mommy and Rory go to the Casa Manana in Fort Worth play to see Rapunzel. Rory freaks out because of the dragon and we leave shortly after
10:00am- Mommy and Rory drive to the golf course to pick up Rylee (45 minutes away from the theatre) and drive home
12:30pm- Daddy drives back home to watch the girls while mommy goes to the dentist. Mommy has had a horrible toothache for 4 days ( NO FUN!) Mommy finds out she has a soft tissue gum infection and has to have two wisdom teeth removed ASAP.
1:30pm- Mommy comes home and Daddy goes back to work. Mommy, Rylee, and Rory drive to Argle (40 minutes) to pick up Lauren early from school (but she was still on a field trip so we had to wait in front of the school for 30 minutes till she was back) and then drive to Colleyville to drop Lauren off at Gymnastics.
*Side note- Rory did play with Cooper (Jason Whitten's son) while we were waiting for Lauren. Pretty Cool! Jason Witten also witnessed me panicking and yelling "RORY GRACE HAMMERLUN!" As she tried to jump in a school maintenance golf cart and drive it away (no joke!) Greg had to have a long talk with her about only driving golf carts at the golf course when Daddy is around.
4pm- Mommy, Daddy, Rory, and Rylee both arrive back at home all in one piece. MOMMY opens a bottle of miller lite and we all go to bed at 6:30pm. (NO JOKE!)
*We did find a girl from church to watch the girls but she also works at Victoria Secret and has the "retail" schedule. Needless to say I will be stalking the high school girls on Sunday at church for another. :)
We do laugh throughout the day at how crazy our life has become and wouldn't trade it for anything. Another "cute" story. Just before Greg got home..I was changing Rylee's diaper and I came into the kitchen to find Rory standing on Rylee's bouncer eating fistful's of Valentine cake from the day before. Icing all over her face etc. I moved the cake on top of the refrigerator. Greg said later that day when he was on "duty" he walked around the corner and found her standing on the bouncer frantically looking all over for the cake. He said "Rory..." she said, "Daddy! Where did the cake go?" She is a sneaky little one. :)
