Greg and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on October 8th! We celebrated by heading to Austin Thursday night and staying with Mimi and Rick! On Friday we went to my favorite restaurant Tres Amigos for lunch and then Greg, Rory, and I headed to San Antonio for a family night on the Riverwalk courtesy of Mimi and Rick. We strolled the Riverwalk (Rory loved it!) and Greg and I had margartias at The Original Mexican Restaurant while Rory people watched. We then headed back to the hotel for a cozy night in. On Saturday, the whole family came up to celebrate my Mom's Birthday! The boys hit a pub and watched the A&M game and the ladies stolled the Riverwalk and ate at Rainforest Cafe for lunch! Rory loved all the noises....and hanging out with her cousin coop!! He strolled her around everywhere and took his job very seriously. At one point we got lost in the hotel trying to find mom's room and i think it was his favorite part taking Rory in and out of the elevators. That night we all went to dinner at Casa Rio....and afterwards Greg stayed in the hotel with Rory while I went to an Irish pub with my siblings. He is so sweet to me! On Sunday we all ate breakfast and headed to the Alamo. I love doing tourist things and especially with Rory! We love traveling with her and showing her new things. On the way home Sunday, Rory said "da da" the whole 2 hours it was so cute!
Thank you so much Mom and Rick for a wonderful weekend! It was so much fun! Happy Birthday Mimi! We love you!
