Rory's Nursery......

So sorry it took so long but here are a few pictures of the nursery. We still have a few details to add....rug and window treatments but here a few pictures till then. As of Friday Rory weighed 5.6 lbs. Everything is looking good and right on schedule. I will be going back on Friday and Dr. Vaughan will start checking for dilation. :) Countdown has begun.......

Estimated Time of Arrival....32 days!!!

We can't believe it....32 days if not sooner till Rory arrives. :) I have started my weekly appointments and starting next week they will start checking for dilation. I am still working and feeling pretty good except very tired.....and my back is hurting a bit. She is already in position to make her entrance into the world and as of last week she weighed just over 5 lbs with some chubby cheeks I must say. So cute!!!

This weekend was relaxing.....Saturday Greg and I went to the movies to see UP IN THE AIR. Great movie!! Then we had an early dinner at Brio.....Sunday we met Memme at On the Border for Lunch and then watched football. Greg is happy the Saints won!!!! As soon as we left On the Border I had a craving for the Molton Chocolate Cake at Chili's.....my first real craving. Of course my dotting husband delivered and it was delicious. I read another book this weekend.....only a few more weekends of movies, reading, sleeping, and going out to eat. We are definitely taking advantage. :)

This past weekend Greg's good friend Spencer got married. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating with good friends. I am huge and am about to pop......it is very hard to find formal wear when you have a huge watermelon under your clothes and your boobs continue to grow so the bra from the week before no longer fits....just some helpful advice for future prego ladies....buy bras for comfort and ones that also give support. The wedding was beautiful and all the food was delicious!!!! Congratulations Spencer and Natalie!!!!

My wonderful assistant Ms. Kelli was nice enough to host a baby shower at her house for Rory and I. It was absolutely wonderful.....delicious food, great company, and amazing decorations not to mention great gifts. Thank you ladies for coming out and celebrating with me! I love yall! :)

8 weeks more or less till Baby Rory arrives.....I am seeing Dr. Vaughan every week now until her arrival. Greg and I had a wonderful holiday weekend.....we spent 4 whole days alone together and it was Great. NYE we went to dinner at Mi Cocina and then went to see Sherlock Holmes and did a little shopping around the Southlake Town Center. UMMM....Janie and Jack was having a huge sale and we bought Rory the cutest Christmas dress for next year. I am very glad Greg was with me because I might have gotten out of control. They have the cutest, cutest, outfits. :) New Years Day we did a little shopping at Target and then came home and did a little spring cleaning. Greg installed the car seats in the car and put together the beautiful rocking chair that we got for Christmas :) Yesterday we went to see Avatar 3D....i am starting to feel nauseous again with a lot of acid reflux...so I was a little scared to see the movie in 3D....however after a delicious movie theatre hot dog my nausea miraculously disappeared. Avatar was great......everyone should def go see it on the big screen. We also went to Rooms to Go and got some cute wall decor for Rory's room. Today we went to church and then had lunch at Fuzzy's Taco Shop....we have been relaxing and watching House/Cowboys. Greg and I took full advantage of this weekend....going to the movies, and we both each read a book. I think it is starting to hit us that we won't have this freedom for very much longer of course WE CAN'T WAIT!!! This weekend really was wonderful....it was the first weekend Greg had off and we had nothing to do since April....that's right April. We hope everyone had a wonderful New Years!!! We know 2010 will be a wonderful year!!!
